We aim to describe products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Supplier details marked as provisional will be confirmed before ordering opens. Product availability can change.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and will state whether applicable taxes are included. Delivery charges and the total payable will be shown before an order is submitted. Payment is taken through the payment methods offered at checkout.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information is incorrect or fraud is suspected. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Delivery and returns
Delivery and return arrangements are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, are not excluded by these terms.
