Private from checkout to your door
Orders will be dispatched from the United Kingdom in plain, discreet outer packaging with no product description or Six Seeds branding on the outside.
Discreet packaging
Every order is prepared in plain, secure outer packaging. The parcel exterior will not identify the contents. The sender information used on the label will be kept neutral where carrier rules allow.
UK delivery
We dispatch UK orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery costs £3.95 and normally arrives within 2-4 business days after dispatch. Delivery is free for orders of £50 or more. The available method and final delivery estimate will be shown at checkout. We will contact you if a delay materially changes that estimate.
International delivery
International delivery is not available at launch. Additional destinations will be listed at checkout when they become available.
Change-of-mind returns
For eligible online purchases, tell us within 14 days of receiving the order if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the eligible item. Return postage may be your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Hygiene exception
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed intimate products cannot be returned after the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened or broken. This exception does not remove your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.
Faulty or incorrect items
Contact hello@6-seeds.com as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue. Do not dispose of the item until we have explained the next step. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Where the law requires a refund after a return, it will be issued within the applicable statutory period after the goods are received back or evidence of return is provided.
